Service Description

A great way to introduce Yoga & Mindfulness in your school is during After Care as an optional Enrichment Program. Parents can sign up for classes directly through my website to ease schools' administrative duties. Classes are tailored to your school's needs; average class length is 45-60 minutes, sessions run from 6, 8, 12 weeks long.
