Summer dates to be determined -- contact me if interested! Little Kids Ages 5-9 - Drop off class format Save $8! Pre-pay for eight classes, valid for 4 mos, non-transferable. Each class has a theme which is integrated throughout the Five Elements of Little Flower Yoga's philosophy; Connect, Move, Breath, Focus & Relax. They'll learn yoga poses, sun salutations, breathing techniques, meditation and visualizations to help them balance emotions, focus and build confidence. We may do a craft or read a yoga book which ties into the theme and is age appropriate.
